Pay:$18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on the case, schedule, experience, and level of care required

We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for patients in Opa-Locka, Miami, and surrounding areas.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide assistance with transfers, mobility, walking, and repositioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping related to the patient’s care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe the patient’s condition and report changes to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment
- Complete accurate and timely care documentation
- Follow the patient’s plan of care and all agency policies
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or valid Home Health Aide certificate
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Current physical or health statement
- Valid identification and authorization to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Professional liability insurance, when required
- Previous home care, private-duty, senior care, or facility experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a patient’s home
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Willingness to travel throughout Opa-Locka and nearby Miami-Dade County areas
Schedule
- Per diem and PRN assignments
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend cases may be available
- Scheduling depends on current patient needs and caregiver availability
Background-Screening Requirement
Under Florida law, this position is subject to background screening under Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and verification of eligibility before employment.
