Job Summary
Capital Credit LLC is seeking a motivated and driven Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our expanding team. If you have strong communications skills, a results-oriented mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Utilize effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve recovery rates
- Research client information and historical data on accounts
- Communicate professionally with customers to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Make clear and concise arrangements with past due customers
- Maintain accurate documentation and report unresolved issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members and management to resolve issues with customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar position
- Understanding of collection techniques
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer databases
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to communicate in English and Spanish

CapitalCredit is a subprime finance company engaged in acquiring sub-prime auto receivables from both franchised and independent automobile dealers which have entered into contracts with purchasers of typically used, but some new, cars and light trucks. CapitalCredit then services the receivables it acquires. CapitalCredit commenced operations in Tennessee in 2013. It conducts most of its business in the Southeastern United States.
