Target Compensation:

• $55,000 starting base salary plus uncapped monthly commission

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage customer accounts, payment activity, and account documentation
• 
  
• Contact clients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements
• 
  
• Process payments and resolve account discrepancies
• 
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and account notes
• 
  
• Support operational and administrative functions related to account management
• 
  
• Respond to customer inquiries and build positive business relationships
• 
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account resolution
• 
  
• Track account activity and prepare basic reporting as needed
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 
  
• Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, accounts receivable, collections, or related administrative roles
• 
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• 
  
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
• 
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• 
  
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
