What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Community Relations Representative, you will:

• Welcome and assist English and Spanish-speaking customers
• Respond to phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Help customers understand their vehicle options
• Guide customers through the purchasing process
• Build long-term relationships with individuals and families
• Follow up after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction
• Represent the Farris brand with professionalism and integrity
