Competitive Compensation

Crestone Services Group is a rapidly growing infrastructure company supporting telecommunications, utility, and power construction throughout the western United States. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a recruiter who understands the fast-paced world of construction hiring and enjoys partnering with operations to build exceptional teams.

This is more than a recruiting position. You'll become a trusted business partner, helping leaders identify, attract, and hire the people who keep critical infrastructure projects moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Recruit for construction, utility, telecom, and skilled trade positions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies through networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce priorities.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
• Represent a company known for its commitment to safety, teamwork, quality, and long-term growth.

What We're Looking For

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED

Construction recruiting experience – REQUIRED

Experience recruiting positions such as:

• Equipment Operators
• Foremen
• Superintendents
• Project Managers
• Estimators
• CDL Drivers
• Linemen
• Fiber Technicians
• Skilled Trades

You'll also bring:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sourcing and recruiting instincts
• The ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
