Bilingual Construction Trades Recruiter

We are seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.Responsibilities:**- Screen, recruit, interview, and onboard potential employees

• Guide contract employees through the onboarding process
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:- Bilingual, and previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields

• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Prior experience recruiting in the construction industry is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
