SESLOC is looking for a detail‑driven, member‑focused Consumer Loan Processor who's passionate about helping members reach their financial goals.What You'll DoAs a key part of our lending team, you'll guide members through the loan process from start to finish. You'll:Interview applicants and help them choose the right loan productsProcess loan requests, assemble documentation, and ensure accuracyReview credit reports, verify income, and calculate debt‑to‑income ratiosPrepare loan documents for branches and the contact centerSupport specialized services like DMV paperwork and account transfersProvide outstanding member support over phone and emailCollaborate with branches and departments to ensure smooth workflowsHelp educate members by recommending helpful products and servicesGrow With UsYou'll have opportunities to mentor new team members, expand your lending expertise, and contribute to our Credit Union's strong reputation.What You BringHigh school diploma or GED1-3 years of loan processing or related financial experienceStrong customer service skillsMust be registered or qualify to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and maintain annual registration requirements.Credit Union experience is a plus!Please be sure to add a cover letter and a current resume.
