CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for a bilingual recruiter for a contract role for a company recruiter for machine operators and other light industrial roles

POSITION : Bilingual Contract Recruiter for Warehouse and Light Industrial Positions

LOCATION : Addison, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $30/hour

• Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with some flexibility

• 4–6 week contract assignment

• Preferred start date: September 21

Join a fast-paced manufacturing recruiting project focused on quickly connecting qualified candidates with approximately 15 open positions. This recruiter will independently manage an existing candidate pipeline, reduce the recruiting backlog, and create a positive candidate experience from initial contact through interview scheduling. Success means moving qualified candidates efficiently while setting clear, realistic expectations about the onsite manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit primarily for Machine Operator positions, along with Driller, Material Handler, and Molding Setter roles.

• Work existing candidate pipelines in Indeed and ZipRecruiter, screen and pre-screen applicants, and identify qualified candidates for Operations.

• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, status updates, and recruiting follow-up throughout the hiring process.

• Positively market employment opportunities while setting realistic expectations about working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

• Operate independently with minimal direction while maintaining a responsive, candidate-focused recruiting process.

• High-volume or hourly workforce recruiting experience.

• Outgoing, upbeat, and personable communication style with the ability to effectively present job opportunities to candidates.

• Strong understanding of the candidate experience throughout the application, screening, and interview process.

MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

• Manufacturing or warehouse recruiting experience required.

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skill - highly preferred
