The Course Developer plays a central role in the Building Puentes (BP) initiative,which delivers fully online,asynchronous college courses in Spanish. Working from proven English-language course templates,the Course Developer leads the adaptation and translation of curriculum into Spanish,coordinates resource sourcing,and collaborates closely with faculty consultants,instructional designers,and departmental stakeholders to ensure academic rigor and programmatic consistency. This position is hired per course and paid incrementally upon successful completion of milestones. Note: The Course Developer may also serve as the Course Instructor,though these are distinct roles that may be filled by different individuals.Note: Building Puentes is currently looking for Course Developers for the following fields: Early Childhood Education and Construction Management.
