Work Environment & Schedule

This is a remote, part-time (36 hours/week) position. Candidates must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.

• Please Note: Although this position is fully remote, we are currently unable to hire candidates who reside in Massachusetts, Minnesota, California, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, or Washington.*

Schedule

• Four 9-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
• Combination of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
• Shift times vary based on business needs and may end as late as 12:00 a.m. CT
• Schedules are assigned by management

What You''ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service by scheduling appointments and resolving customer inquiries
• Build lasting customer relationships through phone, email, and text communication
• Recommend service memberships that help customers protect their home systems
• Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance and follow up on customer needs
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up
• Collaborate with a remote team and participate in ongoing training and coaching

What You''ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a high-volume, customer-facing hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environment
• A passion for helping people with a friendly, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and cloud-based phone systems
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Home services industry experience
