Customer Experience Specialist
A growing financial services organization in La Mesa is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high call-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The Customer Experience Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding financial products and services.
Job Duties:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
- Provide accurate information regarding financial products, services, and account inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering exceptional service
- Document all customer interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Assist with account maintenance, troubleshooting, and general support requests
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or financial services preferred
- Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Position Details:

- Contract to hire role
- Compensation: $22.00 per hour
- Located in La Mesa, San Diego
- Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm PST
