Bilingual Customer Service Account Manager

BILINGUAL CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

LOCATION: Irving, TX | Hybrid after successful completion of training

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20–$24/hour, depending on experience
• Monday–Friday: 8am - 6pm & Saturdays as needed

ROLE IMPACT: Support customers by providing responsive service, resolving account and payment concerns, and maintaining accurate account information. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear bilingual communication, and professional follow-through on outstanding customer matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contact customers regarding account balances, payments, and payment arrangements while delivering professional customer service.
• Process payments and accurately document account activity, updates, and customer interactions.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, account questions, and other customer issues.
• Maintain accurate, current customer account information and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Protect the confidentiality of customer, account, and financial information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bilingual English/Spanish required, with strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and comfort discussing payments, balances, and account information with customers.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to learn new systems.

• Bankruptcy experience
• Experience with account maintenance, payment resolution, or customer account support
