Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Our client is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join their team. This role is in a retail shipping and business services environment similar to a UPS Store, assisting customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and related services.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Must be able to work between two locations

• Must be available to work every Saturday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• No more than 2 employers in the past 5 years

• Previous customer service or retail experience required

• Prior hospitality experience preferred

• Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills

• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone

• Process transactions and provide service recommendations

• Handle shipping, printing, packaging, and mailbox services

• Maintain an organized and professional store environment

• Support daily operations and administrative tasks
