RemX is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a reputable client located in Sandy Springs GA
Pay rate: $19.00/hour starting pay
Schedule & Location
Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite

Key Responsibilities
Must have Call Center or Contact Center Experience
Professionally handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Gather customer information, assess needs, provide solutions, and document interactions.
Support customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints.
Balance customer needs with company policies and procedures.
Meet weekly and monthly KPI metrics.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
