The Role:

The Customer Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for consumers, caregivers, and Regional Center partners, providing timely support and coordinating services across multiple communication channels. This role manages inbound inquiries, maintains accurate documentation, supports service delivery, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience while meeting organizational and regulatory standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound phone, email, and case inquiries, providing timely resolutions and coordinating follow-up with internal teams.
  • Coordinate services for Regional Center consumers by maintaining accurate documentation, updating consumer and provider information, and supporting service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing, payroll, enrollment, and service-related issues while ensuring effective communication with consumers and caregivers.
  • Support outbound communication initiatives, process improvement projects, and reporting requirements, including Special Incident Reports and Regional Center documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and Regional Center requirements while assisting with administrative and operational support as needed.

This is a hybrid position, coming into the Concord office 3x per week. 

Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

 Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, human services, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
