We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator job in Whitsett, NC! This is a fully on-site, temp to hire opportunity. In this role you will assist customers in all spare parts related matters. You are fielding emails from customers, assessing what part they need, if you need to send out a technician, if part needed is in stock, etc. You are providing the quotes and solutions! We are looking for candidates who are bilingual in Spanish, have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B customer service role, has manufacturing experience and advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
Assisting our Spanish speaking customers with identifying parts numbers, pricing, and availability by phone, email, fax or other method of contact.
Assist customers with emergency situations, such as breakdowns, and coordinate with customers, service technicians and shipping department as needed in order to resolve issue as quickly as possible.
Responsible for invoicing of orders.
Prepare shipping documents (including import and export documentation), labels, and scheduling of shipments (when needed).
Provide quotations for individual parts, changeover kits and special projects.
Coordinate with other departments such as shipping and receiving, service and manufacturing to insure customer satisfaction.
Assist in obtaining technical direction for customer as needed.
Assist in inventory control as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
At least 2 years of B2B customer service experience.
Manufacturing experience required.
ERP experience required.
Advanced Excel skills (create and utilize vlookups and pivot tables)
Must provide excellent phone and communication skills
Strong follow up skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
