Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

REMOTE ROLE (must live in the greater Phoenix area- 1 hour from Phoenix)
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible between 7:45 AM–5:15 PM
Training: 3 weeks, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Requirement: Background check

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls related to individual and business tax inquiries

  • Resolve Tier 1 issues and review taxpayer accounts

  • Verify, gather, and update customer information across multiple systems

  • Educate customers on online tools and current tax policies

  • Submit payment arrangement requests and document all actions

  • Meet performance metrics and participate in team activities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • 1+ year in each of the last two roles within a fast-paced call center

  • Experience in finance, banking, insurance, or telecommunications (non-technical support)

  • Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Basic math proficiency and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace

  • Organized, goal-oriented, and customer-focused

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
