Location: Phoenix, AZ
REMOTE ROLE (must live in the greater Phoenix area- 1 hour from Phoenix)
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible between 7:45 AM–5:15 PM
Training: 3 weeks, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound calls related to individual and business tax inquiries
Resolve Tier 1 issues and review taxpayer accounts
Verify, gather, and update customer information across multiple systems
Educate customers on online tools and current tax policies
Submit payment arrangement requests and document all actions
Meet performance metrics and participate in team activities
Required Skills & Experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
1+ year in each of the last two roles within a fast-paced call center
Experience in finance, banking, insurance, or telecommunications (non-technical support)
Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Basic math proficiency and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
Organized, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
