We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team here at Fit2Run! The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. This role involves assisting customers, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process customer requests, orders, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Off

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with common office software
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
