RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

- Provide friendly customer service
- Assist in maintaining a quality showroom
- Securing on time payments and collecting on delinquent accounts
- Convey information to customers and maintain a constant level of communications with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Upon completion of training should have a thorough knowledge of rental agreements, merchandise, and customer relations.

REQUIREMENTS
-Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Must complete the training program
- High degree of precision, accuracy, coordination and knowledge of operational procedures.
- Ability to reason & make independent decisions
