Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and questions
Provide quotes and support new and existing clients
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
Maintain accurate records in our system
Support the team with daily office tasks
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
Excellent customer service skills
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
No insurance experience required – we provide training
