Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

•  Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and questions 
•  Provide quotes and support new and existing clients 
•  Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly 
•  Maintain accurate records in our system 
•  Support the team with daily office tasks

Qualifications:

•  Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
•  Excellent customer service skills 
•  Highly organized with strong time management skills 
•  Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other systems 
•  Positive attitude and willingness to learn 
• No insurance experience required – we provide training
