Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Baltimore, MD 21202
Hybrid work - 3 days onsite/week
Overview:
A Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative typically assists customers in both English and another language, providing support and resolving issues through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person.
Responsibilities may include:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing information about products, services, and policies in both languages.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting with other duties as assigned, such as data entry or administrative tasks.
Required skills:- A Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative should have fluency in both English and the other required language, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
