Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Centro Insurance

Summary

Centro Insurance is Growing! We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English) to join our on-site team. This part-time role is perfect for those who enjoy helping others, have excellent organizational abilities, and excel in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

1. Verify that all signatures have been secured on applications

2. Verify that all payments have been received on policies/renewals

3. Prepare quotes for personal lines for producers to tweak and sell

4. Send documents (proof of coverage, policies, etc) to lenders, clients, etc

5. Sit on hold with mortgage companies to get payments expedited

6. Check the daily carrier alerts to see if subjective requirements have been submitted

7. Prepare service requests so that account managers/producers can finish them up

8. Monitor renewals and remarket where necessary so that account managers/producers canfollow-up with clients to either stay put or change

9. Send renewal checklist to clients to monitor for changes on their side which require either changes to policy sets, cross sell opportunities, or update paperwork.

10. Reach out personally to past defectors to obtain a new opportunity to earn their business.

11. Collect data from sources to produce lists for commercial marketing initiatives.

12. Do data collection on clients who can be put into a new cross-sell campaign.

13. Some light Canva work to support various marketing efforts.

14. Process and attach mail that comes and is scanned

15. Update Mortgagee Clauses (see mail in line above)

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

 Customer-focused mindset

 Ability to multitask and handle various administrative duties

 Comfortable learning insurance systems and processes

 Basic Canva skills (or willingness to learn) for simple marketing tasks

Desire to obtain insurance license at a future date.
