IDR is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients in Conyers, Georgia. Position Overview/Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to both internal and external customers for tier one issues in a high-volume call center environment
  • Provide customer support by assisting customers with account-related questions, service requests, and system navigation.
  • Review and maintain customer records, perform identity verification, and accurately document customer interactions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while handling a high volume of calls, resolving issues, and collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experiences.
Required Skills:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • 1+ years of call center, customer service, or customer support experience.
  • Experience handling customer questions, complaints, and/or providing information.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
