Key Responsibilities of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by providing outstanding support in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product and service inquiries, order processing, billing questions, and account support
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs and a seamless experience

Qualifications of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
