Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Dallas, TX 75201 | Onsite

• Monday–Friday | Flexible 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• W2 | Temp-to-Hire
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing prompt, professional assistance over the phone and through email. Your ability to resolve issues efficiently, communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and deliver a positive customer experience will play an essential role in the success of the team.
• Respond to inbound customer calls and emails while providing accurate and timely support
• Investigate customer concerns and resolve issues or escalate complex matters when appropriate
• Educate customers on available products, services, and account information
• Process applications, requests, and service-related documentation with accuracy
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate internal departments as needed
• Stay informed on company policies, procedures, and system updates to provide accurate information
• Cross-train in multiple business areas to support departmental goals
• Assist with onboarding and training team members on new processes and systems
• Participate in special projects and collaborate with leadership to improve customer service operations
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills
• Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and perform effectively in a high-volume environment
