Bilingual Customer Service Representative English/Spanish

Kay Riordan - State Farm Agency in Pembroke Pines, FL is looking for a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

This is an in-office position in Pembroke Pines, FL.

What You'll Do

You'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience and helping policyholders with their day-to-day insurance needs.

• Your responsibilities will include:
• Assist customers with questions about their insurance policies
• Explain coverage, policy changes and available options
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and in person
• Process policy changes, transfers and other service requests
• Assist with billing questions and claim-related inquiries
• Review customer needs and identify opportunities to better protect them
• Follow up with customers when additional information or action is needed
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records
• Stay current on insurance products, procedures, licensing requirements and continuing education

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Insurance License Requirement

• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license, OR willingness and ability to obtain one
  
• Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required
  
• Life & Health license is a plus
