Bilingual Customer Service Representative Our client is actively hiring experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for their growing call center team! We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates who can be responsible for assisting customers over the phone with various inquires including but not limited to payments on account, service issues, account review and any other issues that may arise.

*Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
*Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm 
*In Office - Greenway Plaza area (77098 zip code)
Job Description:

• Research account status, identify and resolve or assign account issues
• Address billing inquiries and resolve billing disputes
• Process disconnection and reconnection requests
• Enroll customers and resolve enrollment issues
• Provide price quotes to prospective customers
• Perform initial collection activity on past due accounts
• Process disconnection and reconnection requests

Requirements:

• 1+ years of call center experience required
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Good typing and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to resolve issues with the best resolution in mind
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to sell renewal products
• Ability to perform off-phone activities
