Assist with product/service questions, order issues, billing inquiries, and general support
Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
