As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a vital link between clients, sales representatives, and operations teams. You will handle daily communications, process inbound orders, and ensure an exceptional support experience. Answer inbound emails and phone calls from customers, sales representatives, and operations team members.
Process, place, and track customer orders efficiently.
Coordinate, facilitate, or conduct customer onsite visits.
Maintain professional and clear communication with customers via phone, email, and in person.
Provide premier customer support and cultivate long-term professional relationships.
Language Skills: Must be fully bilingual and fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for commuting to the office.
Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right individual!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)
