Our client, a healthcare outreach organization, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Outreach Support team supporting community engagement and enrollment services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, cultural competency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Oakland, CA

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm PST

What's the Job?

  • Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment broker services to beneficiaries in group and individual settings.
  • Present Managed Care Options to beneficiaries and assist them in utilizing their healthcare plans effectively.
  • Assist beneficiaries with enrollment and disenrollment processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Support other Enrollment Service Representatives with daily operational tasks and data entry.
  • Participate in community events and health fairs to promote program awareness and engagement.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong reading and writing skills in both languages.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outreach activities.
