What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for our customers by providing exceptional service and helping them understand their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in both English and Spanish by phone, email, and in person.
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Answer questions about insurance policies, billing, claims, and coverage options.
- Assist clients with policy changes, updates, renewals, and other service requests.
- Resolve customer questions with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Conduct customer-focused conversations to identify needs and recommend additional coverage when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
