Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Contract-to-Hire Opportunity)
San Antonio, TX – Onsite
$18/hour
Multiple Shifts Available | Weekend Availability Required

We are hiring customer-focused professionals for an exciting opportunity with a large, well-established organization. This is a great entry-level role offering paid training, hands-on experience, and strong long-term career growth potential within a corporate environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support customers with questions related to financial products and services via phone and other communication channels (chat, email, etc.)
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience by resolving inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Handle routine to moderately complex issues, including account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to research and resolve customer concerns
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed
  • Meet performance expectations in a fast-paced, high-volume, metric-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ months of customer service, call center, or related experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Open to working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Bilingual Spanish/English candidates highly encouraged to apply

Training & Schedule:

  • Paid training program (approximately 7 weeks)
  • Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Full attendance during training is required
  • Regular schedule assigned after training based on business needs (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays)
