Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Contract-to-Hire Opportunity)
San Antonio, TX – Onsite
$18/hour
Multiple Shifts Available | Weekend Availability Required

What You’ll Do:
- Support customers with questions related to financial products and services via phone and other communication channels (chat, email, etc.)
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience by resolving inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
- Handle routine to moderately complex issues, including account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to research and resolve customer concerns
- Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed
- Meet performance expectations in a fast-paced, high-volume, metric-driven environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months of customer service, call center, or related experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and listening skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability
- Open to working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Bilingual Spanish/English candidates highly encouraged to apply
Training & Schedule:
- Paid training program (approximately 7 weeks)
- Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Full attendance during training is required
- Regular schedule assigned after training based on business needs (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays)
