We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer
Service Representative to join our Loan Servicing Department, where
you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our
customers, ensuring their mortgage-related needs are met. As a key
member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer
inquiries related to their mortgage payments, taxes, and insurance, and
providing a positive customer experience.
In This Role, You Will:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and
resolving issues with precision and care
- Assist with administration of single-family home loans with accuracy
and efficiency
- Actively listen to customers, offering education and support to help
them navigate their mortgage journey
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and security when
handling client information
- Redirect calls to the appropriate agents, queues, or departments,
ensuring seamless communication
- Other job duties as assigned
