Job Description
TTEC is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-Englishon site in Las Vegas, NV to deliver exceptional, human-centered customer experiences across incoming communications. To qualify for this role, you must be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess at least 6 months of customer service experience, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
Job Requirements
Language & Education: High school diploma or equivalent; fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience & Knowledge: 6+ months of customer service experience with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain relevant product or service knowledge.
Technical Skills: Hands-on computer experience and comfortable utilizing webcams/digital tools for coaching and communication.
