Job Description
TTEC is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English to work on site in McAllen, TX. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by delivering quick answers, consulting on products, and resolving issues with care. Candidates must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess at least six months of customer service experience.
