Ideal candidates will be proficient in communicating in both English and Spanish Answer inquiries regarding customer accounts Assist customers in resolving issues related to their automobile loan accounts Clearly communicate unresolved issues to office supervisors Accurately update customer information into the company's database Prioritize and manage time effectively Collection experience of past due accounts preferred Work full time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
