Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Trinity Solar, one of the nation's leading residential solar companies, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to help deliver an exceptional customer experience from project inception through completion.

This is a highly collaborative role that serves as an important connection between our customers, Sales team, and internal departments. You'll monitor active projects, coordinate documentation, communicate project updates, and help ensure customers have the information and support they need throughout their solar journey.

Compensation: $20 - $21 / hour

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, positive working relationships with customers, sales representatives, and colleagues across the organization.
• Monitor active projects regularly to ensure information is accurate, deadlines are being met, and customers and internal teams receive timely communication.
• Coordinate with customers and Sales representatives to obtain required documentation for solar projects.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers through phone, text messaging, and email.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns, working to understand their needs and identify appropriate solutions.
• Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize daily responsibilities and adjust tasks as project needs change.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information within applicable systems.
• Partner with internal departments to help resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential project or customer concerns and communicate them to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
• Support additional customer service and operational responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional communication by phone, text messaging, and email.
• Bilingual communication skills required.
• Ability to listen to and address customer concerns while working toward a positive and appropriate resolution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate customer and project information.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and document management systems.
• Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
• Customer-focused approach with a professional, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude.

Education and Experience:

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced office or customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM or project management systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to communicate effectively by phone, email, text messaging, and in person.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
