Schedule: Hybrid — Tuesday–Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote
Training: First month onsite, 5 days/week

Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to support a customer lead and referral management pilot. This role combines customer service, sales support, outbound follow-up, pipeline management, and CRM administration.
The ideal candidate is a polished, professional communicator with a proven history of sales or customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer referrals and follow-ups accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls and assigned referrals.
- Contact customers to confirm their business needs.
- Manage and track customer leads throughout the pipeline.
- Make outbound follow-up calls and document contact attempts.
- Schedule calls and coordinate handoffs to dedicated sales consultants.
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes in CRM and referral systems.
- Track referral status and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collect required customer documentation and support the signing process.
- Coordinate with sales, underwriting, contract validation, and other internal teams.
- Support appointment scheduling and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate reporting and status updates.
- Identify workflow issues and provide feedback to improve the pilot process.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions regarding customer interactions and process effectiveness.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent experience through work, training, education, or military service.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
- Demonstrated sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a customer pipeline and perform consistent follow-up.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple applications.
- Stable employment history and demonstrated interest in a potential long-term opportunity.
