We’re recruiting on behalf of an IT implementation company’s new Call Center for <\/span>FLUENT Spanish/English Customer Service<\/span><\/u><\/b> <\/span>Technical Support Representatives<\/span><\/u><\/b>. This is a <\/span>fully remote <\/span><\/i>role supporting a 365 -day, 24/7 call center.

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and chat in Spanish and English<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Greet customers, verify accounts, listen carefully, and show empathy<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Troubleshoot internet, Wi -Fi, and basic device issues (Level 1–2 support)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Use tools such as Freshdesk, Sonar CRM and other internal systems<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures/SLAs<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    What You Bring<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/div>
    • Fluent Spanish English (spoken and written)<\/b><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center/help desk preferred)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (internet/Wi -Fi/devices)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong typing and multitasking skills (navigate multiple systems while assisting <\/span><\/span>customers)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Professional, patient, and calm with upset or frustrated customers<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Willing to work overnights, weekends, and rotating schedules in a 24/7 environment<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Must live in NY State or Florida (prefer close to Plainview, NY or Ocala, FL area)<\/span><\/b>

    • Reliable wired internet and a quiet, distraction -free workspace<\/span>

      • Pay: $17–18 per hour, depending on experience<\/span>

      • This is a 24/7/365 operation, including weekends and holidays<\/span>

        • Thurs. – Mon. – 3 pm – 12 am, with Tues. and Mon. off (days off may vary – you will <\/span><\/span>be notified in advance whenever possible)<\/span>

          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
