Bilingual Customer Service
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company close to Tempe that is in search of a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday fully onsite, with a start time of between 6am-8am, depending on business needs. This role is paying up to $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email
- Provide support in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner
- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Meet performance metrics for response time, quality, and customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
