Bilingual Customer Success Specialist

Full-Time Direct Hire | Carmel, IN | $21–$24/Hour

Position Overview:

Seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist to support automotive dealer partners, auction partners, and internal teams while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a direct hire opportunity for a Spanish/English bilingual professional who communicates effectively, works with urgency, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Bilingual Customer Success Specialist will serve as a key connection point between dealer partners, auction partners, and internal teams. This position will be responsible for processing floorplan loan requests accurately and efficiently, calculating amounts due, resolving customer questions, and following established policies and procedures.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Mid Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Hybrid schedule availableafter training

• Two immediate openings available

What You’ll Do as a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist:

As a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting automotive dealer and auction partners through timely communication, accurate loan processing, and effective problem-solving. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, and text while managing multiple priorities and ensuring requests are handled accurately and professionally.

Bilingual Customer Success Specialist Duties Include:

• Supporting automotive dealer and auction partners by phone, email, and text

• Receiving, validating, and processing floorplan loan requests according to established policies and guidelines

• Accurately calculating amounts due across various floorplan financing situations

• Responding to customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Building trust and strong relationships with customers through effective communication

• Asking thoughtful and probing questions to understand customer needs

• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

• Following established policies, procedures, and advance guidelines

• Maintaining a consistent workflow and completing additional assignments as needed

• Applying experience and lessons learned to improve work methods and processes

• Identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience

• Maintaining professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

• Performing other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual Spanish and strong/fluent English communication skills required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to build trust and relationships over the phone

• Professional maturity and discretion when handling sensitive information

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Proactive, customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of related experience preferred

• Experience in the floorplan, automotive, or auction industry

• Experience with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV/DMV)

• Automotive dealership experience

• Automotive auction experience

• Financial services, lending, or financing experience

• Customer service, account support, or call center experience

• Experience working in a high-volume environment

• Previous experience handling sensitive customer or financial information
