Location: Hialeah, FL 33018

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for the Shipping Department to support daily logistics and shipping operations. This role requires accuracy, organization, and experience working with shipping systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate data entry for shipping and logistics transactions
  • Create, update, and maintain shipping documents and records
  • Use Magaya software for shipment processing and tracking
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate shipments
  • Verify bills of lading, invoices, and shipping paperwork
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records
Requirements:
  • Prior data entry experience in a shipping or logistics environment
  • Proficiency with Magaya (required)
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
