We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Day Labor Recruiter & Supervisor to lead staffing and field operations for 24/7 Mitigation Restoration projects.
- Recruit, screen, onboard, and manage day labor workers across multiple sites
- Supervise crews performing demolition, cleaning, and general labor tasks
- Conduct field recruiting and on-site training
- Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and project completion
- Serve as main contact for workers and clients
- Track attendance, performance, and productivity
- Handle onboarding, paperwork, and maintain candidate data
- Create reports and communicate updates
Requirements: Bilingual (English/Spanish), leadership skills, recruiting or staffing experience preferred, construction/demo background a plus, familiarity with HRIS/ATS, proficient in Microsoft Office, reliable transportation, willingness to travel, high school diploma or GED.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $78,000 annually.
