Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping people? PrimeHealth+ is seeking a Dental Call Center Representative to be the friendly voice our patients hear when they call. You'll help patients schedule appointments, answer questions, and connect them with the care they need-all while creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling dental appointments

• Respond to patient questions and direct calls to the appropriate team members

• Document patient information and communications accurately

• Provide friendly, professional customer service on every call

• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Support the dental team with additional administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma

• At least one year of customer service experience

• Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills

• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A positive, patient-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a medical or dental office

• Three or more years of inbound call center experience

• Knowledge of medical or dental terminology
