Confirm service appointments and provide customers with accurate technician ETAs and status updates. Create update monitor and close Service Orders SOs and Return Authorizations RAs. Maintain accurate and complete service documentation to support operational tracking and invoicing processes. Coordinate parts and logistics activities including tracking shipments and confirming deliveries. Ensure technicians receive the necessary materials and information required to complete service calls efficiently. Manage inbound service calls emails and requests while prioritizing urgent issues appropriately. Monitor schedules and proactively address potential delays or service disruptions. Communicate updates clearly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer service.This is a full-time opportunityMonday - FridayThe ideal candidate will haveRequired Skills & Qualifications 1 years of administrative dispatching call center customer service or operations support experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook Word Excel. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
