What You'll Do
- Prepare, organize, review, and maintain business documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure documentation is complete, properly formatted, and filed correctly.
- Translate and communicate information between Mandarin and English when needed.
- Coordinate paperwork across multiple departments to support daily operations.
- Enter and verify data while maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Assist with reports, correspondence, and other administrative projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
