Bilingual Documentation Coordinator (Mandarin/English)

What You'll Do

  • Prepare, organize, review, and maintain business documents with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, properly formatted, and filed correctly.
  • Translate and communicate information between Mandarin and English when needed.
  • Coordinate paperwork across multiple departments to support daily operations.
  • Enter and verify data while maintaining organized digital and physical records.
  • Assist with reports, correspondence, and other administrative projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.


What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Previous document control, administrative, office support, or data entry experience is preferred.
