Bilingual Education Classroom Aide

The Bilingual Education Classroom Aide provides specialized educational support services for students. This role collaborates with educators, related service providers, and families to promote student success while complying with district, state, and federal requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist bilingual teachers in classroom instruction.
• Support English Language Learners (ELLs).
• Provide translation assistance when appropriate.
• Support academic and behavioral interventions.
• Help prepare classroom materials.
• Assist with small-group instruction.
• Maintain student records.
• Collaborate with families and staff.
• Promote language development.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Certifications

High school diploma/GED; bilingual English/Spanish required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent English/Spanish.
• School experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
