Bilingual Endpoint & A/V Support Technician

About the Role

Picture your day: you start by triaging a few tickets, swapping a faulty laptop charger, and clearing a jammed office printer. Mid-morning, you update the asset list and tag two incoming desktops. After lunch, you set up a small camera rig to capture a short training video, trim the footage, and export it for the team. You wrap up by helping your supervisor with a couple of on-the-spot requests and confirming a network device replacement.

What You'll Handle

• Hands-on support for end-user hardware: laptops, desktops, printers, and basic network devices
• Inventory upkeep: track equipment, document changes, and coordinate repairs or replacements
• Multimedia assistance: set up photo/video for trainings or events; perform basic shooting and simple edits
• Team support: pitch in on daily tasks and complete supervisor-assigned duties

What You Bring

• Foundational understanding of computer hardware and networking
• Familiarity with cameras and straightforward video editing tools
• Organized, dependable, detail-focused, and a clear communicator
• Spanish/English bilingual proficiency
